In order to further promote this progress "Made in Germany", the VDGH believes that the location must remain internationally competitive. To this end, scientific knowledge must be generated, retained and successfully incorporated into the value chain. The association is in favour of protecting intellectual property, further developing tax incentives for research and making the location future-proof through digitalization strategies. This will also help to counteract the shortage of young talent.
