LSR customer communication
The LSR Customer Communication Committee brings together members from the field of marketing from both IVD and LSR companies. The aim is to support members in the digitalization of marketing and to improve B2B communication. What do customers pay particular attention to when they buy a new device or want to find out about the latest reagents and consumables? We have the answers and share them with our members.
The LSR Customer Communication Committee is dedicated to current topics relating to digitalization in communication with customers: eMarketing, eInvoicing, GDPR, customer journey, touchpoints, analytics, big data management, CRM and social media are examples of topics that are discussed together. Expert talks with external speakers and workshops convey current trends and knowledge that can be implemented directly in everyday marketing.
LSR communication study
At regular intervals, the committee works with a market research institute to collect data using Germany-wide communication studies on the use of traditional and new media as well as the media consumption behavior of B2B customers when making purchasing decisions. Participating LSR companies have the opportunity to review their marketing strategy at low cost.
